Itinerary
Pickups times vary depending on location but will begin at approx. 7:00am from San Juan. After pickups, we will enjoy a quick stop halfway at a beautiful, very easily accessible waterfall (maybe a 5 min walk from the car) to give everyone a chance to stretch and refresh before continuing our scenic drive through la cordillera Central (Puerto Rico’s spine) to the hacienda to begin our deep dive into coffee.

To welcome you, a small charcuterie and some of Puerto Rico’s finest coffee will be prepared upon arrival. Proceeding our light snack we will enjoy a brisk informative stroll around the coffee farm, learning about the delicate ecosystem and what it takes to harvest authentic cafe puertorriqueño.

Beginning our “Toast and Prepare” session, we will discover the science behind our favorite bean, coffee genealogy, the difference between roast preferences, as well as the differences between an average cup of Joe and an artisan craft built by four generations of sacrifice, knowledge, and love.

Our final stop of the day will be at a local restaurant where guests will be able to experience comida criolla (local creole cuisine) prepared with care.

Return to your desired drop off location will be around 3:00pm depending on weather, traffic, etc.
